I am a SciFi kind of guy…still a Star Trek fan… and I particularly liked Blade Runner…

So… I had to try out the Artificial Intelligent’s concoction of a drink that a fictional character from the future might be like. And bear in mind that the future fictional character is very cool… Deckard cool.

Think about that sentence for a moment….

Again… this is a cocktail imagined by a computer program…

Deckard’s Dream

2 oz. Bourban

1 oz. Dark Rum

1/2 oz. Maple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1/4 oz. Absinthe

Orange for garnish (I used an orange quarter… I like oranges)
