Hi Marc,
Where did you locate this? I see it says loose papers but I am wondering if you had to get it from the archives?

When I wrote that there was the older NC Archives “online” which I can no longer link to.
But I did simply access it online.
I think they have migrated to this newer format here:
https://digital.ncdcr.gov/
Perhaps you can find it there.
