  1. Hi: The comments from Washington County GA are mine and I just wondered if this is Marc? You have done a masterful job – we are going to the Archives at Morrow GA to see what we can find about the ancestry of Henry b. 1795. We will also visit the genealogy library at Raleigh- all this after the genealogical convention at Charleston. We think it is the Henry from the above account but then would like to know who he came from…..Henry b. 1795 always said on all of the census info that he was born in NC. Maybe when we go through all of your reports we will know! Please email me.

    • The son of William Sr/Mourning Price married Lovey Staton in 1799 … he is recorded in multiple deeds around the Wiggins Lake area and in concert with his brother George Anderson. This Henry d.1801 had wife Charity and none of the children have been associated with the Wiggins Lake Andersons to my knowledge.

    • I don’t know if my message went or not, but I was wondering if any more info had turned up on Henry who died in 1801, To be sure I habe my facts correct, he was married to charity and they had five sons and two daughters, all born before 1790. William, Allen and Rederick died before 1815 All the children were minors atEnry’sdeath except William and Allen. Who was the John Anderson who purchased land from the estate? A brother of Henry? There is much confusion on the web about this family. One tree has Willia b 1730 and other children at two year intervals, having Lavinia born 1740.another has her born in 1809( eat trick, huh?)I am interest in Allendo you know anything about him? Joy
