Robert Lang Sr & Jr noted in this map of Saxe Gotha, SC, ca. 1759… also Thomas Browne the SC Indian Trader surely prior to 1733… also I note “Raiford’s Creek” which may be the Philip Raiford of Isle of Wight and later Oconeechee Neck area of NC.

As far as I know no one has found a link between the Robert Lang of Oconeechee Neck , NC and this Lang of SC.  This has him in SC as of 1737… assuming it is the same man.
